You may remember Levi talking about the method she used to stop smoking. Levi’s daughter filmed a video asking Levi not to smoke and Levi would look at this each time she got a craving.

Levi has had some life changes since last filming with us, and she came back in to have a chat about the joy of being a non-smoker with her newborn!

Levi talks about how fulfilling it is to be smoke-free when you have a baby and how good it feels to be not harming her baby by smoking. Babies and children can be harmed by inhaling secondhand smoke and also by ingesting or absorbing smoke through the skin,  known as  'thirdhand smoke'.

Aside from protecting kids and babies from the harms of secondhand and thirdhand smoke, stopping smoking has other benefits too.

Not spending time thinking about when she would have her next smoke means Levi is able to focus more on her children.
